Right, I gotta say, the staff were proper friendly, and I loved the spacious room with a great view. But blimey, the wifi was a right pain, wouldn't think it’d be so rubbish in 2023!

Both a hit and a miss
The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful! The location was fantastic, right near tram lines and the stunning botanical garden.
Sadly, the room cleanliness left much to be desired, with hair in the shower and dirty tables. Security in the parking area was lacking too.

Air conditioning was fiddly and took time to warm up. Nice flat-screen TV!

The two-bedroom apartment offered a reasonable size with decent quietness for a family stay. Easy access to nearby shopping along Chapel St provided flexibility, even though the restaurant menu's variety could use a boost.
The overall state of the hotel shows clear signs of aging, with a gym lacking in equipment and the pool area needing some modernization. The laundry facilities in the room left a lot to be desired, with the washing machine in poor condition, and a safe that requires a key feels outdated. Breakfast at the café didn’t leave a memorable impression, just sufficient at best.

The excellent location allows for easy access to key attractions, with tram stops just a two-minute walk away. The rooms were spacious and clean, making for a comfortable family stay. The heated pool was a hit with the kids after a long day of exploring, and the kitchenette was a convenient addition for quick meals. the surrounding area near the pool needs some updating, and the restaurant's menu options could be more diverse.

Spacious Family Suite with Great Amenities
We enjoyed our stay in the spacious family suite! The quick access to the tram stop was a bonus for exploring, and our kids loved the nearby heated pool. Highly recommend checking out the Malaysian restaurant attached. the meals looked delicious even if we didn't try them ourselves. Remember to book parking in advance for convenience!

The location was spot on, we enjoyed quick access to the Botanic Gardens and had a lovely stroll to explore nearby cafes. The kitchenette was super handy, and the staff were great at check-in and throughout our stay.
While the shower had decent pressure, it could use a little TLC as the switch between the bath outlet and the shower kept slipping. I wish the coffee provided in the room was a bit better.
